A very unexpectedly strong film, the creators of which walked on thin ice - how to create a comedy while telling the story of the Holocaust? And did they succeed? Without a doubt. Very detailed and perfectly embodied portraits, painful events intertwined with everyday or unexpected stories. Light and subtle humor, very lifelike content. One of the better films I've seen.

About pain and determination not to give in to injustice. Quiet heroism is probably the best phrase to describe the idea of the film. One of those works that stays in your head for a while after watching. Although, I really wanted to know what happened next.

A very engaging, yet quite unconventional film. True, the last part of the film seemed weaker than the first. Still, it is a film worthy of attention and all the thoughts arising from it.

About narcissists. It is likely that not one of us can name at least one other such person from our lives. Perhaps even some of the viewers are like that, but do not realize it. A satirical black humor comedy that makes you reflect on yourself and those around you. After which you only want to rejoice in the success of other people even more, and move as far away as possible from such people who are shown in the film.

(N-18) Another wonderful film directed by Maria Kavtaradze about human relationships in modern times. About connection, physical and emotional intimacy. Throughout the film, questions are raised about what is love, what are feelings for another person, and what is simply satisfying one's own feelings? What is really important in relationships? Although at first glance it may seem that the film simply explores the issues of asexuality, in fact, I think that this is just a way to raise much deeper questions. This is a film about two completely different people with different experiences, which makes us think about how each of us views relationships. It also makes us think about how in modern times, when it seems that intimacy and sex in society, cinema, and literature are placed above emotional connection, how should people who cannot have a physical connection feel, whether due to lack of sexual attraction or physical disability. Are such people doomed to remain alone? Isn't physical contact really overrated?

I really like films with this kind of content - about endings, last journeys. Maybe that's why I expected more from this movie than I got. It would seem that some of the situations that the character gets into are not very realistic, rather scattered, but the ending, after realizing and remembering some scenes, partially corrects this mistake. Overall - an interesting and cozy movie for the evening.

The story is easy, but hard at the same time. A very beautiful and warm storyline about two men who love each other, whose relationship is coming to an end due to the illness of one of them. About reconciliation, accepting other people's decisions and a difficult but necessary path. About how hard it can be to let go of another. "But if you really love, let go" - a phrase that describes the plot of the film very well. I warn you that you may cry a little while watching.

Although the film is officially a drama genre, such a tense Lithuanian work has never been seen before. From the very first minutes, the viewer is drawn into the action lasting one and a half hours, which does not let you take a breath for a moment. A particularly strong and very well-executed work, impressed by excellent acting, not very broad, but well-realized script. The film was very convincing.

Interesting idea and script, but the realization of the film did not leave a great impression - I would rate it average. The characters seem vague, too out of touch with reality, some things were tried to be shown very directly (for example, the recreation of Zuckerberg in the film), although it was possible to bypass it more symbolically, by making it still understandable to everyone but more subtile.

It's wonderful to see Rolandas Kazlas in the cinema! This thought probably occurred to many after seeing the promotional posters of the film. Even though I really wanted to see this movie when it was just released, I watched it only at the beginning of 2023, and I can confirm that R. Kazlas is definitely not the only reason to see this work. A very warm, sweet story about people's feelings, striving for victory, and at the same time complicated life and environment. I recommend to watch this movie in the evening - I am sure that afterwards there will be some thoughts in your mind that you will need to think about.
